Evelyn Gottlieb
Violin instruction
Evelyn Gottlieb is a native of Argentina but grew up in Spokane, WA. There she studied violin with Kelly Farris before moving on to Ronald Patterson at the University of Washington, where she received both her undergraduate and Masters degree in Music Performance. She has played as soloist and chamber musician in master classes with Susan Freier, Ronald Patterson, Leipzig-Gewandhaus Quartett, Vermeer String Quarter, and David Halen.

Evelyn performs with many local orchestras, including the Tacoma Symphony (as assistant principal second), Bellevue Philharmonic, Federal Way Symphony, Northwest Sinfonietta, Yakima Symphony, and the Spokane Symphony. She also plays with Colin Todd in Duo Girasole, a violin/viola due that performs at weddings, parties, and other special occasions.
